Food Safety (HACCP) level 1 & 2 Our Food Safety (HACCP) level 1& 2 course is designed to introduce participants to Food Safety and Hygiene issues and is based on the HACCP criteria set down by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s Guide to Food Safety Training at Level 1 & 2. On completion of this Food Safety training course, participants will be able to understand their requirements under Irish Food Safety legislation as well as following best work practices.

This course is based on the HSE’s Policy on the Prevention and Management of Work-Related Aggression & Violence 2018, their Strategy for Managing Work-related Aggression and Violence within the Irish Health Service 2008 and the Mental Health Commissions’ Code of Practice on the use of Physical Restraint. This is not a CPI credited course.

The aim of this training programme is to increase knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons at Risk of Abuse. To ensure that those working with vulnerable adults have a sound knowledge of, and remain compliant with, the HSE Policy: ‘Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons at Risk of Abuse 2014’
