Cancellation Policy for Servisource/Myhomecare.ie Staff

  • If you need to cancel a booked course you must give one weeks notice  via email only to info@servisourcetraining.ie If you fail to notify the training department of cancellation we will impose a fine of €30 per course.
  • If the participant fails to show/cancels for a second time the class must be paid in full. This is due to the non-refundable expenses incurred by Servisource Training on your behalf.
  • Every effort is made to complete all scheduled training, however Servisource Training reserves the right to cancel training at any time for unavoidable or unforeseen reasons.
  • Servisource Training cannot be held responsible for travel fees, or any expenses incurred.
  • Servisource Training will not certify a participant if they are more than 15 minutes late for any course. Please make sure you have checked your class start time and have made provisions to arrive on time at the training location.
  • Rescheduling due to lateness follows the same policy of rescheduling/cancelling less than 7 days notice
