HACCP

The course is designed for individuals handling food. From individuals with no previous food handling experience or those currently working – chef, kitchen porters, delivery, deli staff,  individuals from all sectors of the food industry Catering, Production, Manufacturing, Creche, Start up’s and Back to Work schemes.

Training Aims:

Food Hygiene Awareness, Contamination and Infection Control, Allergen Awareness, Safe Food Methods e.g delivery, storage, cooking, hot holding etc, Personal Hygiene, Pest Control & Cleaning Awareness, Food Premises Layout, Legislation & HACCP / Food Safety Systems – Monitoring & Records.
